What is e-phone?
Emergency landline phone service. This is a regular landline, but without the unlimited calling. We are introducing this new phone option as a way to lower your cost for broadband internet service (which is what people are really interested in today). If you sign up for e-phone, we can give you a discount on your DSL, because it’s now in a phone bundle.

What do I get with e-phone?
Unlimited 911 calling.
500 minutes incoming calling.
10 minutes local outgoing calling.
Unlimited calls to the phone office.
Directory assistance.
Operator Service.
Overage minutes are only 10c per minute. (Compare that to your cell phone.)
Ability to make long-distance calls. (At regular long-distance rates.)

You may choose any of our regular high-speed packages within this bundle.
Go all the way to 50Mb--each step up from the starter package will add $10 onto your account.

OTHER FEATURES

We build the network in most new subdivisions in Eagle Mountain with fiber optic cable to the home. No DSL modem is required in these homes.

Note: The voice service in this bundle is not some cheap, low-grade VOIP or wireless substitute for real phone service you would see in a competitors bundle —this is our premium, crystal-clear, reliable, real landline phone service delivered over fiber-optic cable. Accept no substitutes. Hear the difference.

3 Mb DSL or Fiber Optic Broadband includes 3 Mb download plus 512K upload speeds. 6 Mb DSL or Fiber Optic Broadband includes 6 Mb download plus 512K upload speeds. Residential customers only.
Rates do not include approximately $10.50 in applicable taxes and surcharges.
Direct Communications reserves the right to change plan structures.
Installation is now free if you sign a 1-year commitment.
If you do not wish to sign a 1-year commitment, installation will be $250.

Telephone hook-up service charge of $25 applies to all new account installs.
Existing customers may upgrade to this bundle with a new 1-year commitment.
Listed speeds are approximate and may vary depending on line conditions. You will be authorized to receive “up to” listed download and upload speeds.
