Terms and Conditions

Unlimited Long Distance calling includes 1500 minutes of residential direct-dialed domestic long distance minutes to continental USA and Canada, per billing period. After 1500 long distance minutes, calls will be charged at $0.10 per minute until end of billing period. Rates do not include applicable taxes and surcharges. Included long distance applies to calls within continental USA only. Direct Communications reserves the right to change long distance plan structures.

If you do not wish to sign a 1-year commitment for StandAlone DSL, installation on StandAlone DSL service is $390. (This is a federally-mandated (FCC & NECA) charge.)

You may terminate the Service upon notification to DCDI. You agree to pay a $200 early cancellation fee, plus the remaining months left on the contract, plus any additional recovery costs if promo items were included, up to $400..

You may terminate the Service upon notification to DCDI. You agree that the monthly charge for the month in which Service is terminated shall be forfeit as a Cancellation Charge. In the event of early cancellation of a one year Term Service commitment, you agree to pay the remaining months due left on the contract plus an additional Cancellation Charge. 

If you terminate a standalone DSL contract, a early disconnect fee will apply. This is a federally-mandated (FCC & NECA) charge, so do not ask us to discount or waive that if you must break your contract.
