Installation is now free if you sign a
1-year commitment.
If you do not wish to sign a 1-year commitment, installation for bundled DSL will be $250.
If you do not wish to sign a 1-year commitment for StandAlone DSL, installation on StandAlone DSL service is $390. (This is a federally-mandated (FCC & NECA) charge.)
Listed speeds are approximate and may vary depending on line conditions. You will be authorized to receive “up to” listed download and upload speeds.
DSL service requires a DSL modem, which must be purchased from Direct Communications for $49.95. We also have modem/router combos available for $79.95.
Fiber-to-the-home customers will not need a modem to receive DSL service--just plug your computer network directly into our fiber electronics box on the outside of your home. For more info about fiber to the home, go to our fiber optics webpage.

You may terminate the Service upon notification to DCDI. You agree to pay a $400 early cancellation fee, plus the remaining months left on the contract.
If you terminate a standalone DSL contract, a early disconnect fee of $466 will be charged to your account.. This is a federally-mandated (FCC & NECA) charge, so do not ask us to discount or waive that if you must break your contract.
