If you do not wish to sign a 1-year commitment, installation for bundled (DSL and Phone) DSL will be $99

If you do not wish to sign a 1-year commitment for StandAlone DSL, installation on StandAlone DSL service is $292. (This is a federally-mandated (FCC & NECA) charge.)

DSL service requires a DSL modem, which must be purchased from Direct Communications for $49.95. Existing customers who already have Eagle Mountain modems can continue to use those for no additional fees.

Fiber-to-the-home customers will not need a modem to receive DSL service--just plug your computer network directly into our fiber electronics box on the outside of your home. For more info about fiber to the home, go to our fiber optics webpage.

*for customers with qualifying land line phone service. DSL not bundled with a local phone subscription starts at $59.95 per month for 1.5mg.

You may terminate the Service upon notification to DCDI. You agree that the monthly charge for the month in which Service is terminated shall be forfeit as a Cancellation Charge. In the event you choose to cancel your contract prior to the one year Term Service commitment, you agree to pay a $250 Cancellation Charge. 

If you terminate a standalone DSL contract, a early disconnect fee of $400 will apply. This is a federally-mandated (FCC & NECA) charge, so do not ask us to discount or waive that if you must break your contract.
