Will we provide VOIP in Utah?
We will be able to provide VOIP after some equipment upgrades to the phone switches in the area, however, you will have to have a traditional phone line anyway to get the broadband at a reasonable price, so ultimately you will have 2 phones, a voip phone and your regular landline. However, for some people and businesses that use a lot of long distance minutes, this may still be the more economic option.

Can I get 6 meg DSL?
We now offer 3 meg ($59.95/month) and 6 Meg ($69.95/month) speeds! These great speeds are not available in all areas, so call our office at 789 2800 for more information. If you have technical DSL questions, contact 789 4999.

Is there a set-up fee for DSL?
If you are willing to sign a one-year commitment, there is no set-up fee. If you choose to go month to month with our services, you will be charged $99 to set up your DSL. You will need to purchase a DSL modem from us for $49.95/new or $24.95/used.

Should a customer want to back out of the one year contract before the year term is up, they will have to pay a cancellation fee of $250. If you are interested in Stand Alone DSL (DSL without a phone line), please call the office for monthly and contract rates.

Two phone filters are included free, but each additional one thereafter is $5.
