Welcome to the Direct Communications automated bill payment system, secured and operated by PayDQ for Direct Communications. You may view and pay your bill using electronic check, or a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card.

In order to pay your bill online or receive an ebill, you will need to register as a new user if this is your first time using our online billing system.

You will need to enter a one-time preset Security Code to register for the first time.

The security code will be “797” plus the last four digits of your directcom account number.
If that doesn’t work, try 7972659.

Please note: When entering your full account #, if your account doesn't have 10 digits, add a "0" at the front of the numbers.
